I put my order in instantly after reading this post! I made a batch of pancakes this morning and cooked them to perfection! I put the chocolate chunks in the batter as directed and I thought it’d get all messy on the pan but they flipped nicely. The batter was fabulous, yielding a nice, tender texture. Kudos on a great product coming to fruition!
